Solar Power

An enormous benefit of solar power is the impact on air quality and other aspects of the environment. According to the US government's Energy Information Administration, over one-fourth of the air pollution produced by burning fossil fuels is a by-product of electric power production.

Acid rain caused by emissions of sulfur dioxide during the burning of coal and oil has been reduced in the last 20 years but has not been completely solved. One problem, which has yet to be addressed, is that of greenhouse gas and other undesirable emissions.

Many scientists today believe that the growing amounts of these gases in our "bubble" are resulting in a slow heating of our planet. This is known as global warming. The most immediate impact of this is a possible change in the moisture patterns and resulting agricultural output, in our country.

Because harmony with nature is one of our principles, we constantly strive to develop and design products with environmental benefits.
